I’m absolutely delighted to say that I have a gorgeous new website! Hurray! Even though it’s floating in cyber space I feel that it’s almost tangible and the best money I’ve ever spent. I feel like I want to blog every day and upload every recipe and photo I’ve ever taken. I’ve had my column in The Sunday Business for over two years now so that’s well over 100 posts and photos. I’ve started to upload them all in the recipe section, it’s great to finally have them archived online as I get lots of emails requesting certain ones that people have lost or meant to tear out of the paper. I’ll also put up my past recipes from The Irish Times, Examiner, Independent and Easy Food Magazine etc. as I come across them.
Huge thanks to the talented duo at Curious Design. Marie and Rachel were incredible and so professional every step of the way. I spent hours trawling through their portfolio and love their work (like Best Day Productions and the very beautiful Style Serendipity for example.) I cannot recommend them enough. x
In other news I’ll be in Brown Thomas, Cork this coming Saturday (21st) at 11am for a Dream Deli book signing! I’ll be in the Ballymaloe Pop up wine shop. Come along if you’re braving the Christmas shopping rush. I’m guessing it will be a frenzy of wrapping paper, ribbon and people double checking their Christmas lists but I’ll be sitting calmly amongst it all surrounded by gorgeous baked treats from Dream Deli! I’m planning on baking bitesize ginger flapjacks, some little teacakes and coffee cake. I’d love to do some Christmassy spice cookies too, they’re unbelievable with a glass of cold milk and so festive!
See you there!
Lilly x
